Manage 2 identical devises for one person.

I have a Vivosmart HR+ and a Vivosmart 3. I use them alternately as the other charges. It appears that my step counts only reflect one or the other. The total does not reflect the sum of the two. I may change devises mid-day and in order to get credit for all my steps I need them to add up. Can this happen?

    yes, that should be possible. TrueUp is a feature that allows you to wear and sync data collected from multiple activity trackers. 

    Please sync both of your devices with Garmin Express and make also sure that you've installed the latest version of the Garmin Connect App on your phone. Also try to delete both trackers from your Connect account, reinstall the app and add the watches back to your account.
