Hi my Garmin 6X Sapphire has stored my activity this morning but has not synced onto my iPhone , I have tried turning all the devices & Bluetooth off & on again but it still has not moved over , I have just completed a short walk & it recorded that activity & it does show on my Garmin Connect but my other activity still is not showing, thanks

You posted on the German forum. Was that your intent? At any rate, you should be able to sync using Garmin Express.

Hi , thank you , I can not find Garmin express on the App Store

It's an application for your computer. Windows or Mac can be downloaded here: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/software/express/windows/
