Garmin is aware of an issue where the Garmin Connect app may display a blank screen when using an iOS device. This issue prevents the syncing of data to your Garmin Connect account.   

We are working on a fix by releasing a new version of the app as soon as we can.  Data recorded on your Garmin device is safe and you can continue to use it without issue. 

If you are wanting to upload data before the fix is in place, we recommend that you sync your device using Garmin Express on a personal computer.  You will need your Garmin Connect log-in credentials as well as your Garmin data/charging cable to complete the process.  For additional resources on setting up your Garmin device with Garmin Express see the Related content below.
