I have a new Garmin index Smart Scale. It keeps loosing a 2nd user name even though the name is correct in Garmin Connect app on iPhone as an added user and the user accepted through the Garmin website. I have to keep resetting the scale and synch for the second name to reappear. Does anyone else have this problem?.
