Looking for some people in the same age group to make connections with on the app to keep each other motivated! I'm 25, and when I saw my weight getting close to the terrifilying 300lbs I knew it was time to make a change. I'm trying to do at least 40 minutes of cardio a day and 20 minutes of some kind of weight training after. If your in a similar boat, add me and we can help push each other.
