I am experiencing a recurring sync issue between my Garmin Tactix 7 AMOLED (firmware 15.77) and the Garmin Connect app on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Although the app indicates that my watch is connected (shown by a green dot), the sync doesn't complete. Screenshots are attached for clarity.
Temporary solutions like restarting my phone and toggling the watch connection (Connectivity -> Phone -> Status) resolve the issue only until the next sync attempt.
Both my phone and the Garmin app are up-to-date.
I am seeking a permanent solution to this problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
