My Connect app will not connect with my Garmin 6x, my phone has paired with the watch but the app has not. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as unlinking my phone from the watch from my phone's settings.

before uninstall app First you need clean cache from you mobile, and after install again

I've found that to be true. Force stop, delete cache, uninstall, reboot, install Garmin Connect.
