My device (edge 820) does not appear in the garmin iq app although it is connected to the garmin connect app. It just won´t appear. I tried reinstalling and reconnecting several times, but nothing seems to work. help, please? I cannot download any apps to my garmin device like that..

  • There's nothing wrong with your setup. The issue is that the Edge 820 no longer appears in the current Connect IQ Store app because Garmin has ended CIQ management support for older Connect IQ 1.x devices, including the 820.

    It will still sync normally with Garmin Connect, but installing new Connect IQ apps is no longer possible, whether through the Connect IQ app or Garmin Express.
