Sleep stages changing

I’ve noticed my sleep data changing. But this morning I woke up had my highest body battery of 97. It was showing a little over 2hrs of deep sleep. Now 3hrs later I haven’t done anything except drive home from work and eat breakfast I’m down to a 61 on body battery and it’s now showing I only had 31 minutes of deep sleep. I’ve noticed the changes happen every day. But this was the biggest adjustment. Watch is an Instinct Solar. Why such a big change to deep sleep? Total sleep showing 8hrs 33min
