.I have repeatedly tried 'soft' and 'hard' resets but the watch never progresses beyond the Garmin logo on the screen. It won't connect to the Express app even though it is connected to the computer with factory USB charge cable.What else can I do?

Contact Garmin for help by phone, sounds like a file has corrupted.
