problem mit installation der neuen version

hi

habe versucht die aktuele garmin express version zu installiern funktioniert nicht

hab dan version 3 zu installiern hatt geklappt alles super dan zwingt mich das programm zum upgrade auf die neue version selbes problem wie zu vor :(

kann log datei leider irgend wie nicht hochladen

eine der log datein sieht man das es netfix hängt

Hey,

leider habe ich als stolzer neuer Besitzer eines Drive 50 genau das gleiche Problem mit dem Garmin Express Programm.
Nach einiger Zeit kommt eine Meldung, dass auf einen HKEY nicht zugegriffen werden kann und ob ich mir sicher bin, dass ich die Rechte
an diesem Computer habe. Auch mit der Ausführung mit Administratorrechten, hat die Installation leider nicht geklappt.
Noch dazu antwortet mir auf meine Anfrage der E-Mail Support leider nicht.

Gott sei Dank, habe ich es neu gekauft und habe den Bon noch, damit ich das Gerät umtauschen kann.
