Legacy private ANT+ network key for discontinued CycleOps Pro Series hub — who administers key requests now?

Title: Legacy private ANT+ network key for discontinued CycleOps Pro Series hub — who administers key requests now?

Hi all,

Building an Android app to read power from CycleOps Pro Series indoor cycle hubs (200/300/400 Pro, ~20 studio units). Confirmed these hubs use a private ANT+ network, not the public managed one:

- Correct channel params confirmed (device type 8, tx type 3, period 10923, RF 53)
- Clean claim/open on the radio, full correctly-timed 30s search, zero reception on the public network — consistent with a missing key, not a config error
- Confirmed via the ANT Radio Service itself that the relevant key exists but is encrypted in its built-in NetworkKeyStore — so it's genuinely licensed material, not something any app sets itself

Saris (formerly CycleOps' parent) has confirmed they have no technical records for this discontinued line. SRAM, who acquired PowerTap in 2019 (after CycleOps trainers were already discontinued), also has no records — they never owned this product.

Given ANT licensing is confirmed to still be active despite the June 2025 ANT+ program changes: does anyone know who currently handles legacy private key requests for a product whose original manufacturer no longer supports it? Would appreciate any pointers on where else to ask.

Thanks!
