My watch has frequently frozen for the last year, starting with the time fixed. Then, when I restart it, it freezes Garmin Express, given it's connected, but on the screen, it only show Garmin symbol
I tried to reset, but there was no benefit. I googled the hard reset no benefit. I tried to see support, they told me this is USA support and KSA support online, but there is no answer, even I don't know where they are staying
Sometimes, when it works, the screen gives a black dot. As I thought it was gone, but again survived, now for a month only symbol is appearing, nothing on the screen
