Start LiveTrack won't click

"Start LiveTrack" button won't click through on the app on my iphone (I've had the app for many years now). I then uninstalled and re-installed the app to see if that would solve the issue. It didn't. Everything is syncing fine and bluetooth is connecting to my device just fine.

Hi Matthew. I am an idiot and figured out what I did wrong..... Though embarrassing, I will share so that others will know in case they, too, make my mistake. I simply didn't have "email" toggled "on." It is usually left on, so I didn't even notice that was the problem. Thank you for being willing to help.
