Messenger activation problems

Maybe there have been many cases written about this problem, such as activating Garmin Messenger on my phone. But it is true, since I activated the service I have not been able to complete the "activation" of my messenger, it is as if it were not. Really, I do not know how many times I have tried, I even went to the chat and managed to talk to a girl, Molly was supposed to let me know but she has not done so yet. It is true, I have been waiting for more than 48 hours for the authorization code to arrive on my phone, an Iphone 13 PROMAX, and my telephone operator tells me that everything is working fine, in short it is a problem with GARMIN and its components and/or associates. I do not know, but maybe through this forum I can find someone to help me. I think that if I have not completed the installation of this APP it is as if I had nothing, do not you think that is so...?   • The activation process, plan changes, suspend/resume (for older plans), etc. is a deteriorating mess. Based on forum posts, it just keeps getting worse.

    Your best bet is to ask to have your support ticket escalated.

    Meantime, you might try the following. Factory reset the device. Have your phone "forget" the BT device (if the phone still thinks it is paired). Clear your browser cache. Now, attempt to activate via browser at explore.garmin.com. DO NOT use ANY of the multitude of broken Garmin apps. Including (especially) the MESSenger app.

    Note that the factory reset will lose all user data on the device. And it requires you to repeat the outside portion of activation. Which is the point here. If you have previously successfully registered the device and set up a plan, you won't need to do anything at the web site. Just take the device outside, power it up, and activate when prompted.
