I have the next error, that app was working normally, but I logged out by mistake and when I log back in I get the message "The phone number is blocked for verification". I have even tried to create new accounts with other cell phone numbers on other new devices and the same error appears, I have already used the help link of "Garmin Messenger App Verification Code Not Received or Expired" but it doesn't solve anything either.
The curious thing is that I installed the app on new devices and tried other numbers for the first time, but the same error appears.
