"Audio prompt in progress" message keeps popping up on my Android phone screen. This occurs while I'm on email, Facebook, etc. It pops up on everything and when I touch screen it either goes away or it takes me directly to a Garmin screen

I started experiencing the same, and can confirm it is very distracting. Audio prompts worked without this on-screen notification before, not sure why this is necessary? Is there a way to turn this off…
What model of phone is being used and with which Garmin? We'd love to look into this for you.
