Dual SIM and eSIM - Garmin Messenger

May I know if Garmin Messenger would work under the following:

1) Android Phone with Dual SIMs (one eSIM and one physical SIM) turned on?

2) Android Phone with Dual SIMs (one eSIM and one physical SIM) turned on, and reply directly to via SMS?
