Handicap not updating

I cannot get the Handicap Index to update on the performance stats page in the App.  I have looked at the settings in the App and on my S62 watch but no matter what I try I cannot get the handicap to update the calculation.  I have 40+ rounds of data and I can see my scorecard is being sync’ed to the app but the handicap never changes nor does it show any progression like it use to - i.e. your handicap is improving… etc.

    Check on the scorecards to ensure that "Exclude from stats" is not switched on for the 8 lowest scores from any of your last 20 scorecards. 

    Then I recommend updating your course mapping on the S62 using Garmin Express per the steps outlined on the Garmin Support page linked here: Update Golf Courses and Device Software on an Approach Golf Device

    Once your maps are updated on the device, see if your subsequent scorecards are leading to the handicap updating going forward, as the concern you are describing may be due course mapping being out of date on the watch. 

    Other factors to consider are the golf settings directly on the S62, specifically the setting for Scoring > Handicap Scoring > Check and see if this setting is enabled and if you are using local handicap or slope index potentially for rounds recorded on your watch.
