Green Contours missing despite membership

I resubscribed for a golf membership after the latest update v3.4 fixed the subscription feature. I was surprised to see that after doing so the green contours were not available for my home course - they were with my subscription last year. I checked the availability via Garmin's list of courses and it shows not available. Is Garmin still trying to clean up many of the courses after pulling the green contours data last year?

    Update: I've simply cancelled the plan as no resolution was forthcoming.

    If a course searched through our Garmin Golf Course tool is not displaying contours available, then factors with the accuracy of the information of the contour data for that course was found to be erroneous leading to the compatibility becoming removed.

    Not all courses in our database were ever offered contours, so some courses not showing contours available will be in-relation to the reason above...many also have never had the compatibility. 

    I will note your account to the ticket Garmin is tracking for reports of courses previously compatible, no longer offering contours and we apologize for the inconvenience and the experience you mentioned with using the Golf Membership. 

    As more updates related to green contours become available. I will post here in threads related to this topic as any new information regarding updates to contour info become available.
