Software update has deleted history form Approach and not showing on Connect

Please help!

I updated software and courses today - all history has been deleted from my Approach G6 and no recent scoorecards showing in Connect ! 

  • If too many scorecards had accumulated since the Approach was last synced to your account, the folder may have been full resulting in the scorecards becoming removed from the unit to install the map updates. 

    You can connect your Approach back to the computer, and open either File Explorer (if using Windows PC) or Finder (if using Mac) to view the GARMIN > SCORE/SCORECARD folder > If you see the .FIT files showing from previous scorecards, you can try to import them to Garmin Connect web, or you may have to remove them to free up space to allow further scorecards to store on the device. 

    Further support for that device can be found through support.garmin.com since the Approach G6 is no longer available for live Support from Garmin.
