Garmin Golf app showing accurate GIR and number of putts, but showing 0/0 fairways hit.

I have an S62 and CT10s on all clubs. I’ve noticed in the last month that when I look at my stats on the Garmin Golf app after a round, it’s showing accurate GIR and number of putts, but it’s been showing 0/0 fairways hit. Any help to fix this issue is appreciated!

Everything is synced correctly and up to date.

    Check your recent scorecards and in the score brackets displayed for each hole, there is a section that displays an arrow in the middle, left  and right. If that information is not displaying on the scorecard, then it will not populate in your performance stats section. 

    At the end of the hole when entering in Putts, Penalties, you should also see an option to select the arrow corresponding with the fairway position from the tee shot where you ball landed, which requires the corresponding arrow direction to be tapped before proceeding to the screen to enter in the score total for the hole.     If you continue to have concerns with fairway position, it is best to contact the Garmin Support office in your region to discuss the concern with a Garmin Golf Specialist so they can confirm your account info to determine what else could potentially be causing the concern.

    Ever since I’ve had the S62 and CT10’s, up until the last month, it has automatically detected whether I’ve hit the fairway or not and hasn’t prompted me to enter left, middle or right on my watch.

    Correct, the fairway information will not appear if CT-10 sensors are paired to the watch per our manual content linked here: Recording Statistics - Approach S62 Online Manual 

    On my end I am going off of limited info without seeing the scorecards or account info to determine if anything stands as a cause for the issue.
