Max Distance shown for clubs in My Bag is Incorrect

I see a lot of messages relating to this item over multiple years but no solutions.

I too have clubs which show incorrect distances due to various GPS issues, wrong hole, wrong 9, etc...  (CT10 sensors on all clubs).   I have corrected in the shot-by-shot details in the app however the distances shown for the clubs is not updated accordingly so remain wildly incorrect.

Is there a way to submit feedback to the developers?   I don't see many replies from anyone at Garmin to indicate that the issues raised on the forum are being considered.

I do really like that I don't have to keep the details of my shots on the scorecard that I used to, however I still have to review every hole and the scores to make sure it is accurate.

  • Cody I have been complaining to Garmin about this and how bad there app is, especially for the price we have paid for all the hardware we have bought such as s70 watch, ct10 sensors and z30 range finder in my case.  To spend all this thinking that the software would be outstanding and user friendly has a lot to be desired but Garmin doesn’t think that there app is faulty or lacking. My driver max says 481 meters. Not bad for a 10 handicapper who is 55 years old.
the app we should be able to look at each club and every shot and be able to disable the shots that are not righ. Such as you might bump a 4 iton under trees say 150 meters when you know a full swing is about 180.
Garmin really need to look at there competition and redesign the app to please there customers not there staff who are oblivious to what customers who are golfers

  • I’m actually wondering if we can get a class action lawsuit against Garmin for such a poor quality product in there app. We have as a customer an expectation that is totally unacceptable by Garmin.  I have spent $2500 to get something that is not giving me correct or even close information for which it should do.  I now know of 4 people at my golf club alone who bought Garmin because they thought it would be the best and have sold their products at a loss because the software is lacking. If anyone is interested maybe we might give it a go.
