Golf app stopped syncing

I have a Fenix 5+ and sync with connect on an iPhone. This is working fine, But about 2 weeks ago my scorecards stopped syncing with the golf app on my phone. I've been using my watch / app like this for at least 3 years... 

Has something changed?

  • I have Fenix5x.  Same happened.  You have to delete alot of rounds on the watch itself via the PC.  What I cant recall is the name of the files to delete!!!

  • Thank you for the feedback, I had an epic game at the weekend but only recorded my score on my watch! So I had a chat session with Garmin Support yesterday. The sequence we ran through was:

    1. Delete the connection to my watch from 'Connect' and told my phone to forget the connection.

    2. Then starting from the Golf App - Settings add a device.

    3. This immediately pings you from the Golf app to the Connect App and you carry on as normal setting up the connection.

    4. Then sync to Connect as normal and then open Golf app and the scorecards download! 

    All sorted and I don't need to upgrade my watch or phone! Great news (But I must admit I was coming to terms with having to buy a fancy new watch)
