Green contours not showing on my home course (Alresford, Hampshire UK)

Green contours not showing on my home course (Alresford, Hampshire UK) even though the Garmin website states contour data is available. I can select another course (North Hants) and green contours are displayed. I’ve deleted and downloaded the course data but still not working. Any suggestions?

Confirm that the device you are attempting to use is compatible with Green Contours.

Understanding Green Contours and Compatible Garmin Golf Products

There is a drop down menu you can select on the page in the link above for "Compatible Devices" where you can review if the device you are attempting to use is compatible with the green contours feature. Keep in the mind that the feature is designed to be used with Garmin Golf devices that use GPS during actual rounds of golf when the user is located at the actual course and cannot be used with golf sim features in the Garmin Golf app.

I’m trying to view the green contours using Garmin Golf on an iPhone. It displays it correctly for some courses but not my local course, even though the Garmin website states my course does have contour data.

My apologies, if using the "Start Round" feature on the Garmin Golf app with an active membership, courses compatible with contours will download and display within the Garmin Golf app during actual rounds of golf.

Can you explain why it works from my iPhone with North Hants Golf club?

Are you viewing the 3A course? ..or the regular download of North Hantz Golf Club. Our system is showing the 3A edition of that course is not compatible however the download without the 3A after the name is compatible.

North Hants works for me (not the 3A one). I used that as an example, the problem is Alresford Golf Course does not display green contours.
