Garmin app stopped tracking shots

I have a Fenix 6s and iphone with Garmin Golf App. Shot information was only captured for the first hole on Aug 26, 2022 and thereafter not at all. I have sync'd the 6s with Garmin Express on iOS. Express reports everything is up to date. What's up

Same is happening to me. Completely stopped recording shots. Doesn’t detect I’ve taken one anymore. have tried resetting watch. Plus golf app shows my local course correctly. Phone doesn’t. They’ve switched front and back 9’s. Watch says I’m on 19th when I’m on new 1st. App shows it correctly.

Same with me. I have to turn it off and on during the round, then it starts to work. Sometimes I have to do this twice during a round. It's quite distracting.

I played 9 on 10/6/2022 and it's worked fine for two years, including this round. Then played 18 yesterday, 10/9/2022, same course, and no shot tracking. Very frustrating. It appears the app updated, but according to the Apple Store, the update was a month ago.

Happened to me a week ago and then again today. What is going on as my firmware, apps and Maps are up to date????

I see there have been a number of upgates to the IOS golf ap. I have a fenix 5 which has never shot tracked consistently. Everything else with the watch operation has been good with a few exceptions. Is this still an issue? if so, I won't waste more of my time trying to correct/reset/on-off cycle the watch.

Felix 7, same issues. If I want to “Track My Shot” I have to select the option from the watch face, then the tracking starts when I “swing my club.” What about practice swings?! My old VivoActive 4 Would just track shots and I could look at my round on Garmin Golf after I synched the watch. Did the developers actually consult with golfers when they updated the app? C’mon, Garmin. You were much better in the previous releases and you can be MUCH better than this.
