Autoshot detection problems Venu 2

Autoshot worked quite good when I bought the watch (3 months ago), but since 1 month it detects 1 shot out of 10. It never recognyzes my drives...

I'm right handed and the watch on the left hand. Stat tracking - on / Status - on / Record activity - on /

Can somebody help me before I sell the watch...

Good morning.

I did all what is mentionned in the manual. I made a reset twice. I played 4 times 18 holes in 2 diffrent golf clubs and the problem persists.

It has NEVER detected a Driver shot, and my divers are a least 220m. During the 18 holes I think it detects 10 shots. There is real problem and I want to change my watch. The rest of the watch is really good, but the autoshot function is working very bad and it was one of the main reasons I bought the watch.

What solution do you suggest?
