App not showing expected Par on scorecard

Hello,

I have recently started using the Garmin golf app. Garmin Venu watch.

On one course, there have been no issues, however on the other course, the expected par per hole is not showing above my actual score on the scorecard, as per image.

When I log in to garmin connect online, the par per hole is showing, so it is not a case of the course not being available on the app.

I have synced via wifi, via computer, and have also reset watch and removed and readded the course.

Is there any way to get the scorecard to show correctly on the ioS app?

Hello, does uninstalling/reinstalling the Golf app make any difference?

Hi, it does not unfortunately. I’ve also tried starting the round from within the app itself rather than the watch, but when I do this it says “this course is not available”. Can you check if it is loaded please? Fairwood Park Golf club Swansea

Hello, managed to fix this by deleting the downloaded course from both garmin golf and garmin connect. Deleted garmin golf app.

I then only reinstalled the garmin golf app and only downloaded the course on there, not on connect, and the scorecard issue is fixed.

Wow - worked for me too. I did not have it downloaded on the garmin golf app, but deleted it off the connect app, deleted and reinstalled golf, which did not work. However, I then downloaded in the garmin golf app and it did work. So thank you!

Maybe a little too soon to celebrate. I had to re-download the course on Connect to sync with my watch, and when I play the round on my watch, the scorecard issue transfers back to the golf app, very frustrating as that is the whole purpose of having the watch so as not to need to use my phone. Is it possible the Garmin Golf app course is up to date, but the one on the Connect app is not?
