Garmin Golf App Server Connect Error

Tried syncing my Approach S62 to my phone and get a Server error sync failed fault. 

Reinstalled the app, repaired the phone, updated the watch OS, turned off and on both devices, swore at it a bunch, and still no improvement. 

What is going on.....
