S62 > Garmin Golf App not showing shot by shot

After synching round to Golf App via S62 I see the scores but no hole by hole shot distances overlayed on the graphical hole layout. It worked a few months ago but it is not working now. I have deleted app and reinstalled but no joy. How can i get this working?

I contacted Chris and he gave some info for addressing the issue. First I did a soft reset and that did not help and then I did a full factory reset and that did the trick. It now shows my shot tracking…

I contacted Chris and he gave some info for addressing the issue. First I did a soft reset and that did not help and then I did a full factory reset and that did the trick. It now shows my shot tracking on the images of the fairways when I review my scorecard in the Golf APP.
