Difference between phoenix x pro solar and Marq golf watch specifically for golf

I’m looking to buy one and don’t know if both watches have the same golf features

  • The Fenix 6 Pro series watches, in all 3 sizes, contain the same 41,000+ golf courses that the MARQ Golfer includes. Both watches run the same software so there will be no differences when golfing. (EDIT: The MARQ Golfer also includes the Virtual Caddie and Swing Tempo feature like our Approach S62 golf watch does.)

  • Thank you for the answer. I finally was able to talk with somebody from Garmin and there are 3 basic differences. The Phoenix you can touch screen and see how far you are from hazards or pin positions. The Mark has the virtual caddie and swing tempo that the Phoenix doesn't. This made my decision easy because its more important to me the touchscreen and the battery life and I knew of the battery before I asked the question.  If the Marq would off  had that it would off made an easier choice. Thanks again.

  • One correction to what Golf Product Support provided, both the Fenix and MARQ are button based and the display cannot be used to select things and move things around.

I apologize for forgetting about the Swing Tempo and Virtual Caddie. The information is accurate. Since the MARQ Golfer is designed around Golf, you have the newer Golf features that our Approach S62 Golf watch includes but those same 2 features were not put into the Fenix 6 Pro series watches.

  • I will post this that was sent to me  by Garmin in case somebody else has questions about the different watches.Just for  info in case people need it. The phoenix can tell you distances to locations. look at the chart. Thanks, Pepe
