S62 will not power up

My S62 will not turn on with the power button - plugging in, powers up and constantly says pier at 63%. Garmin express says updated with V2.4 - totally frustrated.

    I am sorry your Approach S62 has a potential battery issue.

    There are two steps you can try:

    - With your Approach S62 unplugged, hold down the power button for 1 minute.

    If it did not power on and act normal, proceed to the next step.

    - Plug it into a wall adapter and monitor it for 10-15 seconds. If it charges again like normal, fully charge the battery then test it. If the same strange behavior takes place you have described above, hold down the power button again for one minute while still plugged in and charging.

    If no luck with the above steps, please reach out to our Golf Product Support team to have the issue resolved. Given your description, we will most likely setup a warranty exchange replacement for you.
