Garmin golf app

I have been using the sg20 watch, connect app and golf app, all year. Over 100 rounds and I have been able to get my hole by hole shots. For the last 2 weeks or slightly longer, I can not get the shot by shot feature to display on the golf app. I have tried going through connect and as I always did in the past. It shows my score but when I tap on that to go to garmin golffor shot by shot nothing happens and tha app never connects. I have also tried going directly into the garmin golf app and the same happens.

Can I please get some help as this is becoming very aggravating.

  • I am sorry your shot details are no longer showing. As long as the issue is not a watch failure, it should be able to be resolved.

    Please try the following:

    - Sync with Garmin Express on your computer and fully update your Approach S20

    - Check your Apple APP store or Google Play store and ensure the Golf APP and Connect Mobile APP are fully up to date

    - If needed, perform both resets in this Support article - How to Reset an Approach S20
