I cannot use my Approach R10 with my Samsung Galaxy M12 as it is very slow and always crashes. I see this is a common problem. Why does Garmin not solve this issue?

I cannot use my Approach R10 with my Samsung Galaxy M12 as it is very slow and always crashes. I see this is a common problem. Why does Garmin not solve this issue?
This sounds like the same issue I'm having. I bought R10 to monitor my outdoor practice. When playing I found the app to be slow responding to shots and unresponsive when trying to interact with the app. I wasn't sure why at the time, but it looks like the Driving Range part is buggy.
My biggest issue is when I try to review the shots after the session. The R10 is now off and disconnected, so not part of the problem. I can see sessions, select sessions. When I click on a shot the problems start. It tries to load a 3D image of the shot but immediately freezes. It may sometimes resume the animation and sometimes allows me to select the menu to change the view to shot data. At this point the whole phone is stuck. The app doesn't respond, the phone doesn't respond and I have to force close by holding the power button for a minute or two, a number of times before the phone responds and I can shut it down. I often see messages saying the Garmin App isn't responding, and also messages saying the OS app isn't responding. What ever Garmin App is doing, it's taking up all the phone resources.
I'm really unhappy with this, as I'm prevented from doing the basic thing I bought it for. At the moment, it's little more than expensive ornament.
I have been in touch with their support and supplied them with a video of the problem but they just went into silent mode and bury their heads in the sand. I take it because they do not know how to fix the problem. Same on here, no support at all, messages about this problem are now just ignored. I certainly will not be buying any further Garmin products, pathetic and clueless customer support.
