Garmin golf app Version 2.17 is very slow and crashes

When connected with my Garmin approach R10 the Garmin Golf app is very slow and often crashes.

Also when I want to see my Golf Sim sessions in the Garmin Golf app, it is also very slow and it's difficult to navigate.

If I've beem lucky to record a video, it is not easy to get it played back.

I'm using a new Samsung A14 telephone with Android version 14 and One UI-version 6.0

    Update as of February 29th, 2023: 

    This issue is currently being investigated and I will update related posts through here on forums as further information becomes available.

    Users experiencing the issue, please direct message me so I can gather logs and confirm the following information:

    • Is this issue occurring when using Home Tee Hero, or when using driving range features with the R10? 
    • When did the concern begin happening? 
    • What is your current phone model and OS?
    • Does the same issue occur with an alternate, preferably a newer model of phone(strictly for testing purposes)?
    • If you force close all other apps on your paired phone and then try using GGA, does the same issue occur?
