How to restore a round from the watch to the phone.

I accidentally deleted a golf round from the phone app during editing. The round is still saved on the watch (Garmin S62). Is there any way to restore the round with statistics from the watch to the phone app?

Thanks! This helped! I was able to restore the round with shot-by-shot details through the Garmin Express app on my laptop.
