Golf app won't complete a round but watch will

Approach s70. After a round of golf, the watch saves & updates the scorecard in the Garmin Golf App.

However, on the Golf app homescreen, it still thinks I'm playing a round with 3 options: Resume, Save or Discard. Neither Resume nor Save work. App v2.13.1

The problem also occurs in connection with the S40, S42 and Fenix 7.

You can only select "Discard" to make the message disappear. However, the previously saved scorecard is then also deleted.

Interestingly, this problem often occurs later. In the meantime I played 3 other rounds without any problems until this message appeared for a round that was several days old.

Restarting the phone and the watch does not solve the problem.

App v.2.13.1 and previous versions are affected in my opinion.
