Garmin s62 not mapping shots

I have a Garmin s62 it does not show my shot data or mapped shots along the course. I have updated firmware, connected through Bluetooth and cable. Completely wiped and reloaded from factory reset as well. Still nothing.
Can you please help? Wondering if I have a defective device.

  • I am having the same issue with my first round of this year. The shot data shows up when viewing through Garmin Connect's web page but not on the scorecard on the Garmin golf app. Strangely, in the app under Course Stats a drive from the round shows up under 'Longest Drive' (is the only round I have played at this course).

    The funny part is this isn’t an old problem. I have seen many complaints about it. Garmin needs a patch or something or simple instructions on how to fix it. I’ve done all the steps suggested in previous posts and trying different things for 2 years. Still not working and I’m fairly IT savvy.

    Can someone from Garmin please contact me or respond with a solution known to work please and thank you.

  • Note that the shot data only appears in portrait mode.

    In landscape mode it will show fairway hits and gir.

  • Hi, same issue here, been working fine, until about a month ago. No shot map below scorecard on Garmin Golf up. Sync watch everytime after a round. Please advise.
