Golf course not up to date

My home golf course (Coollattin GC, Ireland) is not updated to the latest layout. How can I get this corrected?

Hello, please fill out the following report form. This goes directly to our Cartography team who will work to ensure it is updated by the next course update release.

I have done this for a local course where the 9th and 18th holes are reversed.... I.e when on 9 it thinks I am playing 18 and gives yardage, records hole plan view, shots incorrectly. How do I know if this report was received and when to expect the corrections to be made.
