Driving Range - Swipe for different views/data sets

Hello,

Like the general additions to this update with the different range options.  Waiting on a Speed Training mode though.

I was disappointed when I went to swipe between the different data views in the Driving Range.

When I am in a practice session, I prefer to swipe to get the different data sets.

Now I have to click the "more" icon, then select the view I wish.  Likewise when I want to switch back to another view.

This new method of changing views, I don't think, was well thought out.

    The answer (from another thread), is that with the new ranges swipe is now used for aiming.

    So it was not possible to continue using swipe for changing between pages.

    Personally I like the new ranges as well, so not sure what I prefer. I normally dont look through all the data after each shot anyway, but would more prefer a better way of post range study.

    Sorry, I have to pull my "programming card" out though.  There is a difference between a swipe and a press and move.  You can differentiate the 2.

    TBH, I don't know why the have 4 data screens.  Seem like they could combine the data.

    I have saved and looked at the data afterwards.  I see what you mean about analyzing the data better.

    When looking at the data there is a funky bug there too where if I use different clubs and try to isolate one club, go back, it then it turns back on all the other clubs used.  They need some usability experts.

    I agree..

    When programming they need someone actually playing golf giving some inputs.

    I also believe it should be possible to easily change view, use arrows on left / right edge ffs Slight smile

    But that was the official reason from Garmin why they did it.

    And I also totally agree that when You want to look at a particular club, it is not very conveniant when all Your shots on a session comes back on when You revert to the main screen. Has annoyed me from day one.
