Incorrect Holes Layout (Poppy Hills, CA)

Is there an official way to call out an incorrect holes layout for a particular golf course?

Check out Poppy Hills golf course at Monterey, CA. All wrong.

Some holes are upside down, some sideways with portion cut out, etc...

Also a lot of holes are not updated with the new design...

I checked recently the layouts - all are fixed... well almost... #13 is still wrong...
