Water hazard not displaying in updated map view

With the updated graphics on the hole view in the Garmin Golf app, a water hazard is not displaying at my local course.

The hazard is still displaying on my watch, so it's only the hole view in the app which is incorrect

    Hello! Is this something you are seeing with all courses, or a select few?

    I've noticed it on every local course I know where there is a small to medium water hazard. It seems larger ones display ok, its just the smaller/medium water hazards tHat are missing

    Hi Rob

    Any updates on this? I've noticed the graphics have changed slightly again but still no small or medium sized water hazards at a number of courses

    Hello, this is by design. The new enhanced graphics available for free in the golf app are intended for basic visual reference in scorecards, so they may not display every detail of every hole on the course. This statement was provided by our engineering team today when I reached out.

    That's not what I would expect. Some of these water hazards are relatively large and are a fundamental part of the course. Omitting them due to wanting a basic view seems short sighted, especially given they were there before on the previous graphics.

    Maybe someone can raise a feature request to include them as I'm sure it will provide a issue for those playing home tee hero on the R10

    This is something we may review as a user experience issue. I will be sure to update this thread if I hear anything else on it.
