Garmin Golf App three (3) errors / URGENT!

HI Garnin (Chris:-),

1)
Having played exactly 10 rounds on a particular course (this year)  I can open the Garmin Golf App and see all scorecards. Also, I have played a total of 25 rounds this year. However, when I click "Performance stats" in the app, it shows number of played 18 hole rounds as 4. What? This completely mess up the strokes gained and pretty much all other stats as well.

2)
Secondly, if I click "Course Stats" and select a course it shows stats for 3 rounds only. But this year I have played that particular course 10 times.

3)
When I open the Garmin golf app on my phone it shows an "not connected" icon of my Z82. No icon for my Approach S60 or Venu. Why is that?

Next thing to buy is the Approach R10 but Garmin needs to fix these errors. Golf is ALL about stats and they cannot fail.

Thanks Garmin, you do make great products!

  • Hi Knubblo,

On 1 and 2 I have nu clue at all.

On question 3 check Garmin Express if the Z82, S60 and Venu are on the device list. I had the issue some time ago and reinstalling the devices solved it for me

    Keep swinging

  • Hi,
They are on the device list in Garmin Express (on my PC) as well as within the Garmin Connect app on my phone. The watch sync and the Z82 as well but they do not show up as connected devices on my Garmin Golf app.

As for the course data. I wonder if it has anything to do with that I am using a Venu to play with. My previous S60 is a dedicated golf watch and perhaps it is required to get those stats? However, I can get course stats and it shows the correct number of played rounds on each course. It is just performance stats that is wrong.
