How do i find golf data on my vivoactive 3 and retive them

My vivofit do not tranfer my golfround to garmin connect. how can i retive them manually to my computer ( and to garmin connect)

You can manually sync your data with Garmin Express. During the setup, you will be asked to log into your Garmin Connect account and once the watch is connected and syncs, all data should be available in the Connect webpage on your account and in the app.

When i connect my Vivioactive 3 (Usb) to gamin express i can see the icon for my watch but nothing happens when i click i.

I am able to see my files on the watch i file explorer. But how can i transfer them from here to connect?
