Scorecards not appearing on Garmin Golf

My vivoactive 3 music works fine while.playing, and the activity goes to garmin connect as distance walked but mo scorecard shows up in garmin golf. Have tried uninstalling and now it shows the attached message. 

I have tried to reconnect but it is still connected.

Please help.

    Please try the following:

    - Remove your watch from the Garmin Connect Mobile APP

    - Unpair it from your Android smartphone

    - Bluetooth pair it back through the Connect Mobile APP

    - Once done, go back into the Golf APP and go into the Settings bottom right and pair your watch through the Golf APP next
