I recently bought a Truswing.
First time I used it in the range, it basically worked okay, though it doesn’t necessarily count all my shots.
Today, I used it again in the range, the Garmin Connect. Mobile on my iPhone said it connected with the truswing, however, although I shot multiple times, the shot count was keep zero, no swing speed or anything was recorded. I made on and off the truswing, even on and off my iPhone. No difference. The Garmin Connect says the Truswing was connected, I hit the ball well, no shot recorded. The Garmin Connect said the sensor battery was fully charged.
Does anybody experienced the same? Does anybody know how can I fix this issue?
