How to upload Truswing sessions?

I know it's not directly Golf app related, but figured this was the forum most likely to have Truswing users on it.

I recently bought a Truswing and I have dome a few range sessions using the Truswing activity on my Fenix 6 Pro.

Each time the real-time swings are shown on the watch and after ending the session I can see them in the "Swing analysis" session of Garmin Connect on my Android phone in teh "Today" section, but they're not uploaded to the Connect web and they're deleted from the phone app on the next day, like they're a temporary record or something.

How can I get then to stick around more than a day and ideally view them on the Connect web app?

Out of interest, I see a couple of other threads on the forum mentioning similar vanishing data issues, going back a couple of years:

Just for the records for future readers, Garmin rolled out a fix in the mobile app, so the swings are now getting uploaded to the web correctly and also staying around in the app for more than 24 hours.

I just got back from the range - Garmin connect on the phone is showing 191 swings under "Today" but the web site shows nothing for today.

I expect them to vanish from the mobile app at the end of today, as per the other times.

I have the same problem, my last 3 sessions have consisted of 70 to 80 swings, i get home and i can review all my swings, the next morning i go to have a look and all but 3 or 4 swings are left. On the range the swing uploads ok but it does ask to start recording session from time to time, seems like a dropout.

Thats a different problem maybe, the main one is overnightas other users have reported, the swings disappear.

I am having the same issue. My Trueswing data is not uploading. I have tried using the sensor with:

1- The Connect app and my Fenix 6 Pro Sapphire

2- Just the Connect App

3- Just the Fenix 6

It did upload once on 11/28 but I can't figure out why it did it once and doesn't every time. Appreciate any insights.
