does the app provide any functionality during a round?

I'm a new Garmin Approach S60 user but I'm not finding ANY usable functionality of the app while playing a round. Post round there are certainly some nice features but I see nothing useful while I'm playing. Am I missing something?! If not, I guess I'll keep 18birdies up and running. :-(

The current primary function of the Golf APP is to show you your synced scorecards history and allow you to make shot modifications. I absolutely agree there are many additional improvements that can be added with future versions of the Golf APP.

The most recent update added shot editing - Editing Autoshot Information with Garmin Golf App.
