If your Fenix is not transferring any activity type that you have saved and seen it save successfully on your watch, there could be larger issue with your watch. There are a few steps you can try to address the issue on your watch.
1) A hard reset by holding down your top left power button until your watch shuts off
2) Through your computer, deleting the contents of the Activity folder to remove a possible corrupt prior activity saved that is now preventing new activities to transfer
