I think this depends on the data the courses have submitted (or on scorecards). two course I play often has 27 holes, but on one Garmin only records 3 x 9 hole courses. the other Garmin has listed as 3 x 18 hole courses, and has a unique name/scorecard for each 18 hole configuration.
So you probably need to gather the 4(?) different combinations of 18 hole scorecards for your club, and send them into Garmin
